Get in to the habit of being consistent, being 1% better every day will lead to a 365% upgrade of yourself each year.
It doesn’t have to be an hour a day, it’s what you can commit to.
Do it for the mind, do it for the body, do it for the soul.
Some simple things that I am consistently good at…
• Last year I read 12 books and featured in one, reading is something I love to do as it helps me to relax.
• Cold showers, I made a deal with myself last year to start and continue doing them, I love to hate them but there is something so rewarding. Not to mention all of the health benefits that have been scientifically proven by that man The Iceman (Wim Hof)
• Write down the things that you are grateful for, deep breathing exercise and mindfulness to do in between. These help bring you back to the present moment and connect you with the centre of your being.
Get over the fear by focusing on the results that you will be rewarded for pushing yourself out of the comfort zone.
