Assessing and Addressing Workforce Performance Solutions by Design
This course will take a look at the most common workplace performance issues, and teach you how to assess and address these issues. Adaptable to nearly every performance issue, this course will teach you how to create solutions for these situations.
As a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) with years of experience working with associations, I am currently the Executive Director of the Institute for Performance and Learning or I4PL. Our purpose is to elevate the performance of the Canadian workforce.
Provincial regulators of CPAs in Canada do not require that independent providers of CPD be approved to offer courses. Instead, individual CPAs are responsible for assessing whether a CPD activity meets their requirements, and may take activities from any source provided those requirements are met.
