Amy Smith is a human resources professional with more than 15 years of experience in the not-for-profit and public sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Western University, a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education, and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). Her human resources experience is broad, and includes extensive labour relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, human resources strategic planning, and conflict resolution. Amy has also taught online, blended and face to face courses at post-secondary institutions in Ontario for the last 12 years.
