Yes - good course to support Peer to Manager training
This was an excellent overview of all of the things that someone needs to know about regarding leadership and management. The sound fluctuations required that I listened at certain points and read the subtitles at other times so it provided good sensory variety for a 3 hour module. It was very well done overview.
