I am happy to see that you are covering topics about HSP's. Overall, I liked the material that was provided especially the discussion around leadership as well as strengths and weaknesses. A couple of comments: 1) the way leadership is evolving lends itself really well to leaders that are people focused. I would argue that there is a place for more HSP's in leadership. The beginning of the podcast seemed to have a little bit of a negative undertone towards HSP's. I think corporations would be better off employing and supporting more people like this, 2) the hosts background was a bit distracting and 3) I didn't love some of the questions as I felt that they weren't really all that relevant but, it may have been useful for somebody else. Well done!
