Ken's journey into corporate training began many years ago as a first-year grad student in a Behavioral Psychology Ph.D. program. All new grad students were given the task of teaching two Psychology 101 courses. This stressed Ken out tremendously. Ken has had tremendous success teaching others how to purposefully engage their corporate learners. Provincial regulators of CPAs in Canada do not require that independent providers of CPD be approved to offer courses. Instead, individual CPAs are responsible for assessing whether a CPD activity meets their requirements, and may take activities from any source provided those requirements are met.
