Samuel has over a decade of expertise in process improvement, cost-reduction and SDLC projects in large scale businesses. He’s worked on operational redesign for global financial and legal service firms, enterprise transformation within projects with the insurance practice at Accenture, and has done process base-lining, operating model redesign, and implementation strategy for large, silicon valley clients. Samuel has been a featured speaker at IIBA and Columbia University on his experience in process consulting.
