Provincial regulators of CPAs in Canada do not require that independent providers of CPD be approved to offer courses. Instead, individual CPAs are responsible for assessing whether a CPD activity meets their requirements, and may take activities from any source provided those requirements are met.

Filipa Canelas has been the best presenter in the last two series of seminars I have attended. She is smart and very engaging. I never missed a word. She is just delightful. I think she is remarkable and one of the best speakers I have ever listened to for any area of study. I learned so many new things, new tips and different ways to think about learning. As an Ed.D myself I feel she should be teaching in doctoral programs. This gal is exceptional in every way. I loved this series because of her!!!!!!!!!!!

Unbelievably thought-provoking. So many great practical ideas offered in each section and all supported by experts in their field but she is in her own right, an expert in hers. I will be seeking out more workshops from this knowledgeable & well-read lecturer.
