In this course, you will learn about the temporary residence system in Canada, including requirements for visitors, students, and workers of different skill levels. We discuss exceptions to visa requirements, including those for citizens of the United States, citizens of listed countries, and Temporary Resident Permit holders. We present detailed information about worker visas: who is eligible, criteria and requirements, factors that will result in failure of the application, and who is exempt from some conditions.
