It is not for you if you are looking for HR people's advice. I have no HR background and thus will not provide you that. But from my experience I can tell you, that HR people never make the call, they are at best supporting and sifting through the vast amounts of applicants.

Excellent material, excellent presenter. However, having the material split up into dozens of sub-sections (just a few minutes each) was very annoying, as were the little intro and outro car scenes in every single section. They were so unnecessary.
