About this courseThe course will conduct a general overview of the Canadian immigration system, and in particular, will analyze various temporary and permanent residence legal concepts. In addition, students will gain an understanding of the key aspects of the general principles of Canadian immigration law including the grounds of inadmissibility. Finally, the foregoing will be studied in light of Canada’s jurisdictional particularities.
