This course discusses the absolute essentials to making change and innovation stick in the workplace. This course will practical tools and where to apply them, you will also review real cases involving changes to politics and policies. You will also learn to make your current change or innovation project “stickier”.

As a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) with years of experience working with associations, I am currently the Executive Director of the Institute for Performance and Learning or I4PL. Our purpose is to elevate the performance of the Canadian workforce.
