Provincial regulators of CPAs in Canada do not require that independent providers of CPD be approved to offer courses. Instead, individual CPAs are responsible for assessing whether a CPD activity meets their requirements, and may take activities from any source provided those requirements are met.

I agree that you need to have someone dedicated to monitoring/evaluating culture and I truly believe that Sr. Management has to believe this is a priority or any thought of an annual culture budget will fail.
Interesting how people use culture as a crutch
Yes, it was great for me, as my organization is growing very quickly (and hiring many!) - I want to be sure our organization can adapt to the growth in a way that doesn't compromise our current culture (I'm in the healthcare industry and we have a very positive culture, based on our mission of helping the children of KY).
