In this course, we're going to focus on the critical aspects of having powerful conversations. In this course, you'll learn how to address breakdowns with people, how to talk about things that are taboo, and how to create trust in any circumstance. That means how to listen better, how to ask better questions, and have more effective conversations. The exercises in this course will give you deeper insights into who they are and you can provide the most value and have those relationships flourish and provide the most value for both of you.

Provincial regulators of CPAs in Canada do not require that independent providers of CPD be approved to offer courses. Instead, individual CPAs are responsible for assessing whether a CPD activity meets their requirements, and may take activities from any source provided those requirements are met.
