I wasn't sure at first about the format of short videos, but I can see now how that will be useful for future reference. Lots of great content in here and practical tips that I can come back to.
A lot of the content we probably already know. However, it's well organized & presented well. For anyone looking to get motivated about something it provides a good process and framework for success.
