This course opened my eyes to the importance of becoming a visionary leader and an employee — not just for my own growth, but for the company's success. "Never row a boat without knowing where to go"... it emphasizes purpose, direction, and making sure everyone rowing (in your team/personal life) is moving towards the same objective for success.
Nicely explained and a must for all Managers as well as for all employees.
I think the slides need to be updated. I am not sure there was ever one female manger portrayed. Almost all were white males. It becomes a bit offensive as the modules go on.
