I worked as a team leader for a global consulting company for 10 years, managed to get an ISAE certificate for my department, and have experience in Audit with one of the big 4. I currently operate communication and business development training and give in-class and on-line seminars to companies and entrepreneurs. I have made many podcast and online conference appearances and published articles in Global Woman and online. I was a resort leader at the entrepreneurship resort in 2020 and am a member of JCI.
Provincial regulators of CPAs in Canada do not require that independent providers of CPD be approved to offer courses. Instead, individual CPAs are responsible for assessing whether a CPD activity meets their requirements, and may take activities from any source provided those requirements are met.
