Here we discuss the many ways talent management has changed or evolved throughout the years and how to invoke top performance. We will discuss the most important areas to adapt to changes and how to incorporate them in conversations when speaking with new or recruited talent. We will also discuss how to manage the different generations (Millennials, Boomers, etc.)
As a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) with years of experience working with associations, I am currently the Executive Director of the Institute for Performance and Learning or I4PL. Our purpose is to elevate the performance of the Canadian workforce.
Provincial regulators of CPAs in Canada do not require that independent providers of CPD be approved to offer courses. Instead, individual CPAs are responsible for assessing whether a CPD activity meets their requirements, and may take activities from any source provided those requirements are met.
