Stop micromanaging the problematic few and start empowering the reliable majority to build a high-performing, accountable culture rooted in absolute trust.

Too often in leadership and HR, our focus is on the small percentage of employees who underperform, resist change, or create challenges. We build policies, strategies, and entire management approaches around this minority—leading with caution, control, and correction. But what if we flipped the script? The 95% Rule challenges leaders to focus on the vast majority of employees who show up, work hard, and want to contribute. By leading with trust instead of fear, organizations unlock higher engagement, stronger teams, and greater success. This transformative shift redefines leadership and HR, fostering a culture where employees thrive and businesses grow.
This session is a game-changer for leaders and HR professionals looking to transform their organizations by focusing on the good that already exists.

Provincial regulators of CPAs in Canada do not require that independent providers of CPD be approved to offer courses. Instead, individual CPAs are responsible for assessing whether a CPD activity meets their requirements, and may take activities from any source provided those requirements are met.
Every course offered on LearnFormula is delivered by a qualified subject matter expert or learning organization, and advances learning objectives that are relevant to the responsibilities or professional competencies of Canadian CPAs. All activities on LearnFormula are quantifiable in terms of hours, and are also verifiable, in that users receive documented evidence of their attendance via a certificate of completion after finishing a course (and this certificate is stored by LearnFormula indefinitely). Nearly 100,000 Canadian CPAs successfully satisfy their CPD requirements via LearnFormula on an annual basis.
