Provincial regulators of CPAs in Canada do not require that independent providers of CPD be approved to offer courses. Instead, individual CPAs are responsible for assessing whether a CPD activity meets their requirements, and may take activities from any source provided those requirements are met.

Very good content, obviously the speaker is knowledgeable and experienced in the field. The reference material would have been nice to be included as a downloadable content as it wasn't spoken to in the presentation but is a nice aside to have. It's great as a part of a 4-part series. It would be worthwhile to getting new updates every year or few years as new issues come up.
It gives you things to think about. Hiring someone is not always straight forward.
