A professional is talking about his experiences, providing the relevant references, warnings and suggestions. Good for both employers and employees. I enjoyed the way information was delivered as well as its content. I hope there will be more of these kinds of courses at CPDFormula

Very good content, obviously the speaker is knowledgeable and experienced in the field. The reference material would have been nice to be included as a downloadable content as it wasn't spoken to in the presentation but is a nice aside to have. It's great as a part of a 4-part series. It would be worthwhile to getting new updates every year or few years as new issues come up.
